Ayurvedic and Holistic personal cooking services provided in the privacy, comfort & convenience of your home. This option does NOT include the price of groceries, however, this can be provided for an additional rate. When I provide groceries, they are alway organic and local when possible.

One time offerings or add-on hours for Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula Care. Can include Ayurvedic meal, snack and beverage preparation, light housekeeping, trouble-shooting for mama & baby, nutrition guidance, helping with other children and/or pets.
